Mr. Lovett is the Portfolio Manager for Bourne Avenue Capital Partners, and brings over 10 years of real estate development and procurement experience to our funds. His experience includes identifying development opportunities, performing due diligence, market analysis and underwriting of projects for a national residential developer. Most recently, he oversaw the contract procurement and management of $43 million 250 unit, for-lease luxury units in metro Boston market. Prior to this, Mr. Lovett managed profit & loss of single family and attached carriage home product in the New York, Boston and Providence markets with revenues totalling approximately $132 million. Mr. Lovett is a graduate of Lafayette College and resides in Boston, MA.
