Mr. Sluter, Managing Partner of Bourne Avenue Capital Partners, is the founder and Chief Executive Officer of New England Construction Co., Inc. and co-founder of the Peregrine Group, serving as its President until 2007. New England Construction Co., Inc. is a commercial builder based in Rumford, RI that was founded in 1985. The Peregrine Group LLC, founded in 2001, is a real estate development and consulting company that has over $250 million in real estate under management or development. Mr. Sluter graduated from the University of Masscahusetts at Dartmouth with a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer in all of the New England states. He also is a graduate of the Harvard Business School Owners and Presidents Management Program (OPM).
