Mr. Capodilupo is a certified public accountant with a background in sophisticated public accounting and business advisory services.

Mr. Croft has established an impressive 30-year track record of operational and asset management experience in the Real Estate industry. Mr. Croft has served in senior-level management and executive roles for both regional and national real estate investment and development firms. Before serving as President and COO of Dominion Homes, Mr. Croft served as Northeast Regional President of Pulte Homes, where he was responsible for increasing revenue from $550 Million to $1.05 Billion and EBIT from $35 Million (6.3% of revenue) to $150 Million (14.3% of revenue).

Mr. Darrow was formerly President of a highly-regarded hedge fund subsidiary real estate investment company, former Vice President of Development for a privately-held national real estate developer, and was a Sr. Real Estate Manager for a Fortune 100 retailer.

Mr. Deblois is an accomplished senior executive with experience in strategic planning, finance, acquisitions, divestitures, capital markets, retail and wholesale energy markets, franchising and franchise relations, financial institutions, and retail operations. Mr. Deblois was fromerly President and CEO of an 175 unit, $200 Million convenience store and gasoline station business. Mr. Deblois also served an executive role in connection with the acquisition, operation, and divestiture of a 400,000 barrel deep water petroleum terminal, and previously served several years as a Director and as an Assistant Vice President for Fleet National Bank.
